1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VaulPro Shop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Registration

To use VaulPro Shop you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Digital Products

All digital products sold on VaulPro Shop are licensed, not sold. Licenses granted are:

  • Non-transferable — You may not share, resell, or redistribute purchased content.
  • Non-exclusive — The creator retains all rights to the content.
  • Revocable — Violations may result in access being revoked without refund.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be issued if:

  • Defective or inaccessible product — The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded/accessed after purchase.
  • Significantly not as described — The product materially differs from what was advertised on its listing page.
  • Duplicate purchase — You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Service not rendered — For service-type products, if the agreed-upon work has not commenced.

Please note: Each product listing indicates whether it is eligible for a refund. Free resources and products redeemed with credits are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us directly.

5. Credits & Referrals

Credits earned through referrals are subject to validation. Fraudulent or self-referral activity will result in credit forfeiture and potential account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Attempt to bypass security protections or download restrictions
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access content
  • Share login credentials with third parties
  • Reproduce or redistribute purchased content

7. Limitation of Liability

VaulPro Shop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
